- If you have a problem with any item you receive bought via a live stream, message the seller first to try to reach a resolution together.
- If you can’t reach an agreement with the seller, you can contact us for help.
- Head over to your profile > 3 lines at the top right > click the order > scroll down and tap “I have an issue with my order”.
- An email pop up will open where you can add in a summary of the issue, picture evidence of the original item description and the item you received, and any other relevant details. Once you send the email someone will be in touch to help you out.
