If you want to add an item but you don’t want to post it right away, you can create a draft. Here's how:

• Tap the "+" icon in the middle of your toolbar
• Tap "Add item"
• Once you have input the information you want, you can tap “Save as draft” at the bottom
• You’ll be able to see all your drafts in the “manage items” part of the app which can be found by tapping the “+” in the toolbar.
