To refund an item: 

  • Visit the “Selling” part of the app in the menu in the top right of your profile
  • Go to “sold items”
  • Tap on the item you would like to refund
  • Tap “Submit a refund”
  • Fill in the email template pop up with the details of the order. Be sure to include why you are requesting the refund, and any supporting evidence, such as screenshots of conversations between you and the buyer
  • Send the email to customer support
  • Our customer service team will help you with the next steps on issuing a refund
